Design Concept:

A modern, open-plan office designed to integrate contemporary work culture with the richness of Bangladeshi traditional materials and craftsmanship. The concept incorporates bamboo, cane and locally inspired textures to create a warm and culturally rooted environment. Cabinet door patterns are derived from traditional Bangladeshi village home doors, translating vernacular design into a modern workplace language. Informal seating zones, including hammocks and relaxed lounge areas, encourage comfort, creativity and mental refreshment, ensuring employees remain engaged and motivated. A strong visual and physical connection between indoor spaces and the outdoor gallery enhances openness and interaction.
